PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS, THIS INTRODUCTORY CLASS IS GREAT FOR THOSE NEW TO THE PRACTICE. IT IS TAILORED TO BUILDING ESSENTIAL PILATES FUNDAMENTALS WHILE GAINING CONFIDENCE ON THE REFORMER APPARATUS. YOU WILL LEARN INTRICATE EXERCISES TO HELP YOU TONE MUSCLES, INCREASE FLEXIBILTY AND ACHIEVE A LONG LEAN DANCER-LIKE BODY. PROPS SUCH AS THE PILATES RING, BOOTY BANDS, AND ANKLE WEIGHTS MAY ALSO BE USED TO ENHANCE OVERALL BURN. THIS IS AN OPEN LEVEL CLASS WITH MULTIPLE MODIFICATIONS AND PROGRESSIONS TO WORK AT YOUR OWN PACE.

FULL BODY X BURN

GET READY TO FEEL THE HEAT IN THIS OPEN LEVEL FULL BODY 45 MINUTE REFORMER CLASS. THIS SESSION INCORPORATES ANKLE WEIGHTS OR WRIST WEIGHTS OR MAYBE BOTH! THESE 2 LB WEIGHTS WILL MAKE MUSCLES WORK HARDER TO MOVE AGAINST THE RESISTANCE OF THE SPRINGS AND IN TURN THIS WILL INCREASE OVERALL STRENGTH. BY FUSING UNIQUE, MODERN CUEING WITH CLASSICAL TEACHING AND METHOD BACKGROUND, YOU WILL DEFINE YOUR MUSCLES AND SCULPT YOUR CORE ALL WHILE IMPROVING YOUR MIND-BODY CONNECTION. PROPS AND WEIGHTS ARE OFTEN USED TO INCREASE CLASS INTENSITY WHILE ALSO MAINTAINING FAST PACED TRANSITIONS FROM ONE EXERCISE TO ANOTHER. THIS CLASS IS TAILORED TOWARDS IMPROVING FLEXIBILITY, PREVENTING INJURY, AND RELIEVING STRESS WHILE REFINING YOUR PILATES PRACTICE. EVERY CLASS IS TAILORED TO THE CLIENTS IN THE ROOM AND THEIR NEEDS FOR THAT SPECIFIC DAY. TRIGGER POINT, FOAM ROLLERS, AND MASSAGE BALLS MAY BE USED DURING THIS CLASS.
