All classes at Studio X have a 15 minute grace for late attendance policy 15 minutes from the time the class is scheduled to begin.
If you fail to arrive before the 15 minute grace period and do not cancel your class - you will not be let into the studio to attend class and this is considered a No-Show which incurs a $19 fee + the class is not returned.If you arrive at the 15 minute mark or later then you will not be let into the studio to attend class and this is considered a Late Cancellation which incurs $15 Late fee + the class is not returned to your account.
An Example would be: If a class is scheduled to begin at 3:30PM and you arrived at 3:40PM you would be granted entry to class. If you arrived at 3:46PM, then you would not be able to attend class as the doors would be locked at 3:45PM sharp and entrance to class would be barred.
This policy is very strict and enforced without any concessions for fairness and safety of all clients.

Our late cancellation policy:
12 hours prior to class - no charge and keep the session
Less than 12 hours prior to class - $15 charge and session gone
No shows - $20 charge and session gone

All clients who reserve a class on the waitlist agrees to attend the class if they are put into the class from the waitlist. All waitlisted reservations are subject to the Late Cancellation Policy and responsible for all Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees.
It is the client’s responsibility to monitor their position on the waitlist and prepared to attend class if the reservation makes it off of the waitlist. Studio X recommends turning on all in app notifications and opting into text/email notifications. Please note that not receiving a notification will not excuse the client from the Late Cancellation Policy.
There is a 2-hour grace period for all waitlisted reservations that make it off of the waitlist 2-hours or less than the start of class time. If a cancellation is made within the 2- hour grace period, it is considered an early cancel. This means the credit goes back to the client and they are not charged a late fee.

Children who are not participating in a class are not allowed in the studio unaccompanied.
There are no pets allowed in the studio.
PERTINENT POLICIES:
All autopay and contracts can only be cancelled through a 30-day written notice through admin@studioxpilates.com
An active credit card must be in file at all times to attend classes at Studio X.
All sales are final.
Studio X reserves the right to cancel, adjust, amend class times and schedules at any time.
